She was admitted to Acute Care Pediatrics in Saskatoon for initiation of treatments and investigations in November 2018, Despite numerous investigations including brain imaging, and metabolic and genetic tests, an underlying etiology for Alia’s infantile spasms has not yet been identified.
Through so many stays and visits to the hospital, The Ronald McDonald House came into place. This house made your stay feel like home, with great service, amazing staff, a clean environment, great space equipment, and lots of entertainment. We are very grateful and thankful for The Ronald McDonald House for all the support that they give to families”.
